In 1990, Ron Akin founded SunRidge Management Group with the belief that property management could be improved through hands-on, in-house services centered on resident satisfaction. Having started his career from the very bottom as a Porter, he brings a unique perspective on what it truly takes to manage a community. Since joining Gold Crown Properties in Lincoln, Nebraska in 1974, Mr. Akin has steadily advanced through the real estate industry, gaining invaluable skills and insight along the way.
