As we close out 2025, SunRidge Management Group reflects on a year that marked a defining chapter in our ongoing evolution. From strategic expansions into new markets to celebrating long-standing milestones, this year has been characterized by growth, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. Our 2025 SunRidge Wrapped captures the moments, accomplishments, and initiatives that have propelled our organization forward and solidified our position as a leader in the multifamily industry.


Expanding Our Footprint

In 2025, SunRidge welcomed six new communities totaling 1,052 units into our portfolio, expanding our footprint across the Southeast and reinforcing our reputation for delivering high-quality living experiences. This expansion extended our presence into Mississippi, Louisiana, and Florida, enabling us to serve more residents while opening doors to new business opportunities in key growth markets.

In addition to acquisitions, we celebrated the grand openings of three brand-new communities, each thoughtfully designed to combine comfort, style, and convenience for our residents. These communities showcase SunRidge’s commitment to provide communities featuring thoughtful planning, sustainable design, and elevated living standards.

We also marked a significant milestone in Denton, Texas, with the groundbreaking of Millennium Crest, a project that underscores the strategic focus on creating thriving communities that enhance the neighborhoods they join. Each expansion reflects SunRidge’s vision to grow responsibly while maintaining our standard of excellence in property management and resident satisfaction.


35 Years of SunRidge

2025 also marked 35 years of SunRidge Management Group, a milestone that celebrates more than three decades of dedication, integrity, and leadership in the multifamily industry. Over this time, our organization has grown from its early roots into a regional leader known for exceptional service, innovative strategies, and a culture built on trust and accountability.

To honor this legacy, we recognized some of our longest-tenured team members whose commitment continues to inspire excellence across the organization:

Doug Graham — 26 years of service

Keeley Cutrer — 24 years of service

SunRidge made significant strides in digital marketing and brand visibility in 2025, leveraging technology and innovative strategies to connect with new residents and enhance the online presence of our communities. Through strategic partnerships with SOCi, VeriFast, and Apartment List, SunRidge improved lead generation, strengthened engagement, and positioned our communities as premier destinations for renters seeking quality and convenience.

We also celebrated Whitney Miller, Vice President of Marketing, who was recognized as one of the Top 15 Marketing Experts in the DFW area. Whitney’s recognition reflects the creativity, strategic thinking, and forward-looking vision that have driven SunRidge’s marketing initiatives to new heights. These achievements highlight the growing influence of our brand across both traditional and digital platforms, helping us connect with more prospective residents than ever before.


Giving Back to Our Communities

Community engagement and social responsibility remain at the core of SunRidge’s mission. In 2025, we proudly marked the 10th anniversary of our annual Toys for Tots campaign, a decade-long tradition that brings joy to children and families in the communities we serve. In addition, SunRidge made a donation to the Land of Lakes Pet Rescue, demonstrating our commitment to supporting both people and animals in need.
