Lisa is a highly accomplished and strategically minded leader known for her collaborative approach and results-driven mindset. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for improving asset performance, enhancing resident satisfaction, and developing strong, high-performing teams across a wide range of markets and property types. Her leadership style aligns seamlessly with SunRidge’s commitment to delivering exceptional living experiences and fostering thriving communities.
Most recently, Lisa served as Regional Vice President for The Michaels Organization, where she oversaw diverse portfolios across multiple states, including market-rate, student, and attainable housing communities. Her ability to successfully manage complex, multi-state operations while maintaining a strong focus on performance and resident experience speaks to her depth of expertise and adaptability.
Prior to that role, Lisa dedicated 25 years to Myan Management Group, where she steadily advanced from Regional Manager to Regional Vice President. During her tenure, she led operations across Texas and Oklahoma, overseeing numerous communities and regional teams while driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and long-term stability. Her hands-on leadership and commitment to excellence consistently delivered measurable results.
Lisa’s experience spans a broad spectrum of property types, including lease-ups, stabilized communities, repositioned assets, senior housing, and bond-financed properties. Her comprehensive skill set — from financial management and strategic marketing to talent development and conflict resolution — makes her exceptionally well-equipped to support and elevate SunRidge’s portfolio.
Beyond her operational expertise, Lisa is deeply committed to mentorship and team development. She holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation and is currently pursuing her Certified Property Manager (CPM) credential, further demonstrating her dedication to continuous growth and industry leadership.
