SunRidge Management Group Celebrates 10 Years of Giving with Toys for Tots

Dallas, TX – This holiday season, SunRidge Management Group proudly celebrates a meaningful milestone — 10 years of partnership with the Marine Toys for Tots program. For a decade, SunRidge communities and team members have joined together to help bring smiles and holiday cheer to children in need across the country.

What began as a small local initiative has grown into a company-wide effort that now spans SunRidge’s apartment communities across 12 states. Each year, residents, team members, and partners contribute new, unwrapped toys to help make the season brighter for families in their local communities.

“Reaching our 10th year of participation in Toys for Tots is something we’re incredibly proud of,” said Whitney Miller, Vice President of Marketing. “It’s a tradition that perfectly reflects our company’s core values — community, compassion, and connection. Every toy donated represents a moment of joy for a child who might otherwise go without.”


How to Participate

Every community managed by SunRidge Management Group will serve as a Toys for Tots drop-off location, making it easy for residents and neighbors alike to contribute. Those who are local to the Dallas area can also bring donations directly to the SunRidge Management Group corporate office at 1605 LBJ Fwy Ste. 250, Dallas, TX 75234.

Donations should be new and unwrapped and will be collected through the holiday season to benefit local Toys for Tots chapters in the communities SunRidge serves. The toy collection deadline is December 19, 2025.
