Gainesville, TX – SunRidge Management Group proudly celebrated the official Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening of NorthPark Apartment Homes on Thursday, September 24, 2026, welcoming local leaders, community partners, residents, prospective residents, and members of the Gainesville community to commemorate this exciting milestone.
The Ribbon Cutting ceremony brought together distinguished guests, including Gainesville City Manager Barry Sullivan, Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce Board Members Jennifer Shumate, Ashley Collett, Jennifer Cannon, and Tony Avila, as well as Chamber Ambassadors David West and Owen Lawson of Glenn Polk Auto Dealers and Becky Alvineda of World Finance Loan & Tax Service. The celebration also welcomed approximately 40 guests, including NorthPark residents, prospective residents interested in learning more about the community, and members of the surrounding Gainesville community.
Remarks were shared by Whitney Miller, Vice President of Marketing at SunRidge Management Group, who spoke about the significance of the celebration and the opportunity to bring NorthPark Apartment Homes to the Gainesville community. Also in attendance representing SunRidge Management Group and NorthPark were Community Manager Rebecca Jenkins, Executive Vice President Doug Graham, Vice President Keeley Cutrer, Assistant Vice President Ashley Knight, and Social Media & Reputation Manager Chloe Rundles.
Guests enjoyed live-service charcuterie catered by Such a Cuterie and delicious cookies from Wicked Good Cookies, all while taking in the beautiful event décor provided by Balloons & Arches. Attendees also had the opportunity to enter a raffle featuring exciting prizes, including a 55-inch flat-screen TV, Keurig, air fryer, and more.
Following the Ribbon Cutting ceremony, guests were invited to take a Grand Tour of NorthPark Apartment Homes. The tour offered an inside look at the community's model apartments, thoughtfully designed living spaces, and many of the amenities available to residents. Guests had the opportunity to explore the community firsthand while connecting with the NorthPark team and learning more about what makes the community a great place to call home.
