All Groundbreaking Ceremony Millennium Crest Apartments Denton Texas

Denton, TX – Pinnacle Facility Engineering and SunRidge Management Group hosted the official ground breaking ceremony for Millennium Crest, an urban residential living community coming to Denton on Monday, August 11th, 2025 at 11AM. The public was invited to attend the ceremony for Millennium Crest, located at 2500 S I-35E, Denton, TX 76210 and partake in light refreshments and celebration.

Gerard Hudspeth, Mayor of the City of Denton kicked off the ceremony by talking about the impact this development will have on the area, and giving thanks to the many people involved in the project. “Honored to have the entire team here, honored to add this project to the city of Denton.” He continued, “This is gonna be a great catalyst project for this side of town. I think it will activate this entire area in a different way.”

Millennium Crest, an urban apartment living community with 245 units, will be surrounded by retail, dining, and entertainment in a prime location. The apartments will feature spacious studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments equipped with high quality appliances, gourmet kitchens with ample storage and granite counters, wood-look flooring, walk in closets and modern finishes. Residents will benefit from the community’s location with nearby shopping centers, casual and quick dining options, entertainment venues, and easy access to parks and nature preserves.
