Temple, TX – SunRidge Management Group proudly celebrated the official Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening of Bandera Ridge on Thursday, July 23, 2026, welcoming community partners, local leaders, and special guests to commemorate the opening of Temple’s newest luxury apartment community.

The Ribbon Cutting ceremony brought together distinguished guests, including Whitney Theriot, President & CEO of the Temple Chamber of Commerce, Bobbie Jo Young, Vice President of Membership & Development, Grace Wallum, Program & Events Coordinator, Cedar Quinones, Membership Sales Representative, Regina Tavernier, Accounting Specialist, Mike Garcia, Lead Ambassador for the Chamber, Temple Economic Development Coordinator Adrian Cannady, Tim Ware and Martha Dibella from Pillar Income Asset Management, Chamber ambassadors and members, and residents of Bandera Ridge Apartments. Guests enjoyed hand-served charcuterie by CharCARTerie, admired beautiful décor by Bella's Balloons & More, toured the model apartment and community amenities, and had the opportunity to connect with the Bandera Ridge team as the community celebrated its official Grand Opening.

The ceremony featured remarks from Whitney Theriot and Whitney Miller, Vice President of Marketing for SunRidge Management Group, who spoke about the significance of the community and the partnerships that helped bring Bandera Ridge to Temple. Also in attendance were representatives from SunRidge Management Group, Pillar Income Asset Management, the Temple Chamber of Commerce, and the dedicated onsite team. During the ceremony, Bandera Ridge Apartments was honored to receive an official Grand Opening certificate presented by Camryn Bintz and Whitney Theriot of the Temple Chamber of Commerce.

Following the Ribbon Cutting, guests returned later that afternoon for the community's Grand Opening Celebration from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The festivities featured delicious food from Wat Tha Truck, sweet treats from Jeremiah's Italian Ice, interactive photo opportunities by 360 Liveshots, games provided by Freedom Fun USA, exciting raffle giveaways including a 55-inch TV, YETI tumbler, portable speaker, air fryer, and more, plus music from DJ Patrick with Good Times Productions. The celebration provided a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests to connect, explore the community, and enjoy an afternoon of food, entertainment, and festivities.

The successful celebration marked an exciting milestone for Bandera Ridge, bringing together community partners, local leaders, and both current and future residents to celebrate the social lifestyle and exceptional living experience the community offers.
